Our Ideal Service Plan (ISP) gives you the opportunity to maintain your furnace or air conditioner for an annual fee. By using this service, we will schedule a preventative maintenance twice a year (once for your heating system, and once for your cooling system) and fine tune all the components in order to insure peak performance. Cost is $99 for the first year and $128 for every year following.

Flatrate pricing is an advantage that you, the homeowner, has in order to prevent that sticker shock that so many get when they realize that they have been charged for excessive time or unexpected parts. Here at Ideal Temp, we have a book that contains a set prices. You can look at those prices even before the work is done. And because the prices are published, there will be no surprises, regardless of the amount of time that is needed.
Air Advice is a home monitor that tests the quality of your indoor air and sends the information to an independent third party company. They provide a comprehensive report for you and provide suggestions to improve what is needed.
In order to be NATE certified, each individual must pass an extensive HVAC test and continue taking training courses in order to keep their certification. This is not only a benefit to the service tech, but to you as well, knowing that your service tech is up to date in training, giving you satisfaction of a job well done.
